Despite having one single legal compliance standard, shellfish tags in the wild came in quite a few flavors. We needed to find the balance between a repeatable design system and something with enough flexibility to accommodate local inspectors and businesses owners needs.

Reporting is a tough world. Hubspot’s reporting product suffered from years of customer complaints about its information architecture, but teams couldn’t seem to rally around a solution. Sometimes an outsiders pov is needed to give team's permission to make the right choice.
